, we are looking for a Process Lead & Specialist who is committed to achieving zero losses
, raising standards and building strong technical capabilities within our teams. You are the driving force behind process optimisation, knowledge‑building and innovation.

What will you do?

• Identify and eliminate process losses.
• Develop new standards and ensure our Daily Management Systems (DMS) run effectively.

• Design and maintain data analysis systems.
• Lead change management and validate process changes.

• Coach line teams and further develop the SET structure (Site Expert Trainers).
• Ensure strong knowledge transfer and capability building across teams.

• Act as the first point of contact for technical issues.
• Support troubleshooting, improvement initiatives and investments in the processing area.

• Coordinate R&D tests, promote best practices and work closely with Line Leads, Maintenance Leads and Engineers.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or specialist role in a production environment.
  Or
• Ambitious graduates (Bachelor or Master) in Food Technology, Process Technology, Bio‑engineering, Industrial Sciences or similar fields who want to build a career in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communicator, coach and true team player.
• Flexible and hands‑on—comfortable participating in changeovers and planned stops.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with good spoken French.

Wie ben jij?

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende of specialistische rol in een productieomgeving.
