As a Technical Writer, you will join the Documentation Team at our Belgian headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve.
You will be responsible for creating, structuring, and maintaining high‑quality technical documentation related primarily to Proton Therapy (clinical user manuals, system descriptions, installation procedures, accelerator guides, and site‑specific documentation).

- Analyze, restructure, or propose new information architecture when needed to ensure clarity and consistency across manuals.
- Translate technical concepts into simplified, accessible documentation for non‑native English‑speaking users.
- Contribute to both generic documentation and site‑specific documentation for PT centers worldwide.
- Ensure documentation compliance and support the team in handling deviations or non‑conformities when required.

- Previous experience (at least 3 years) in technical writing.
- Mastering a structured authoring language (DITA XML, S1000D, SGML…) is an asset.
- Ability to understand technical systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
- Comfortable reading engineering drawings, plans, and schematics.
- Strong technical curiosity and no blocking points on technical content.
- Fluent in English, French is an asset.
- Ability to analyze, simplify, and vulgarize complex concepts.
- Analytical mindset: able to understand, reorganize, and simplify.
- Proactive: prepare your work upstream and anticipate missing information.
- Problem‑solving attitude & autonomy.
- An open‑ended contract
- Attractive benefits: competitive package including company car, meal vouchers, group insurance, and more.
- Internal mobility: benefit from diverse career development opportunities across departments and projects within a growing, global company.
