As an Asset Engineer in Energy & Sustainability, you'll optimize and advance our energy platform, ensuring asset performance, and leading process improvements to elevate asset management.

Your Responsibilities- Ensure the production and availability of energy assets such as solar panels, batteries, and EV chargers.
- Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with maintenance partners for inspections and repairs.
- Manage the operational budget for maintenance.
- Investigate and resolve recurring issues.
- Coordinate improvement projects and new builds.
- Define maintenance and replacement policies.
- Collaborate on standardization projects with colleagues in the Netherlands and Romania.
Master's degree preferred with experience in PV installations.
