• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects (structural, mechanical and electrical)
• Lead and monitor engineering activities within EPCI contracts
• Safeguard scope, planning, quality and engineering budgets
• Act as the interface between internal stakeholders, clients and external engineering partners
• Guide design & build trajectories from concept study to final solution
• Ensure smooth coordination between engineering disciplines and project phases
• Report to the Engineering Director and contribute to technical and strategic decision‑making

• Holds a Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects
• Possesses strong knowledge of EPCI projects and design & build trajectories
• Is experienced in cooperating with external engineering partners and stakeholders
• Is well‑organized, communicative and able to maintain oversight in complex environments
• Communicates fluently in English;
  Dutch is a strong asset
• Is willing to be based in Arendonk and flexible to travel to the Netherlands
