Responsibilities
- Lead and manage energy projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise and support during all project phases, including feasibility studies, design reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement energy solutions.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Analyze data and maintain comprehensive project documentation, prepare detailed progress reports, and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Support the development of proposals and project plans.
- Language proficiency: you speak fluently in Dutch & English;
French is a plus. - Mobility and flexibility: whether you are behind the wheel with a B license or prefer low‑carbon commuting, you are ready to travel to client sites regularly.
- Exceptional communication: you excel at synthesizing information and communicating it in a way that drives action.
- Organizational wizardry: juggling multiple projects? No problem – you've got the time management skills to keep everything on track.

- Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or related field) that shows a rigorous and highly logical mindset and an understanding of complex concepts.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in project engineering, ideally in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of energy systems, renewable energy technologies, and energy efficiency measures.
