Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Product Development Engineer for the Technology Center in Thimister/Belgium.

** We are based in Thimister-Clermont, Belgium.
** Your main tasks and responsibilities:
*** Responsible for the Product Development project activities and for achieving the project objectives.
* Design activities such as the creation of design studies, master assemblies and detailed drawings, including related design calculations.
* Coordinate detailed design drawing activities globally.
* Standardize key design features for the product range.
* Create and maintain product documentation such as design catalogues, hydraulic performance curves, product manuals and tools.
* Utilize current technologies, develop tools and methods to control designs.
* Effective communication with manufacturing entities and Product Management global organization to ensure a collaborative approach.
** To succeed in this role, you will need:
*** A degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years’ industry experience
* Fluency in English and French
* Strong collaboration skills within a global, multicultural environment
* Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD tools (e.g. NX, Solid Works)
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical needs into solutions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail# What we offer you
