Wij gaan op zoek naar een ervaren technisch manager, verantwoordelijk voor servicetechniekers
. De onderneming is gespecialiseerd in machines voor de voedingsindustrie (verkoop + service).
Dagelijks gaat het team van 3 techniekers langs bij klanten voor herstellingen, servicing, ... jij bent hun coach.
- Eerste aanspreekpersoon voor klanten die contact opnemen.
- Je plant alle services in rekening houdend met dringendheid, duurtijd en eventueel chronologie en ziet toe dat alles vlot verloopt.
- Bij complexe storingen word jij ingeschakeld.
- Je volgt jouw team op, organiseert de nodige opleidingen en zorgt voor intensieve kennisdeling.
- Uiteraard werk je graag mee en ga je ook naar interventies.
Rapporteren doe je rechtstreeks aan directie.
