Als Projectontwikkelaar combineer je juridische kennis met liefde voor vastgoed en projectontwikkeling. Na een kwaliteitsvolle hands‑on training maak je deel uit van de toekomst van het landschap in Oost‑Vlaanderen en VL‑Brabant. Je bent geen louter juridisch profiel, je denkt mee over haalbaarheid, locatie en opportuniteit. Je bent de schakel tussen concept en realisatie.
- Opvolgen van vergunningstrajecten, contracten en juridische dossiers binnen lopende bouwprojecten
- Juridisch analyseren van grondverwervingen, verkoopovereenkomsten en aannemingscontracten
- Meedenken over commerciële haalbaarheid van nieuwe projectlocaties
- Contacten onderhouden met notarissen, architecten, overheden en andere stakeholders
- Nauwe samenwerking met het team binnen de organisatie
