En dat contact, dat ben jij. Jij bent voor zowel onze professionele als particuliere klanten hét aanspreekpunt in onze Proshop. Jij zorgt voor het juiste technische advies en een uitstekende klantbeleving.
Zo ziet je job eruit- Je adviseert professionele klanten en installateurs over sanitaire installaties en toebehoren.
- Je analyseert klantvragen grondig en vertaalt plannen, afmetingen en behoeften naar de meest geschikte oplossingen.
- Je werkt offertes uit op maat van de klant.
- Je volgt offertes actief op en weet klanten op een professionele manier te overtuigen.
- Je ondersteunt onze vertegenwoordigers en werkt nauw met hen samen.
- Je verwerkt orders correct en efficiënt.
- Tijdens drukke momenten spring je mee in aan de balie en help je klanten verder met dezelfde glimlach en expertise.
