Overview
Wat doe jij als klantenadviseur telefonie?
Responsibilities- Je verzorgt receptietaken en behandelt de telefonie, mails en enquêtes
- Bij de dienst naverkoop ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt, waarbij je klanten mee zal begeleiden en adviseren
- Hierbij bespreek je al hun vragen of situaties en bepaal je de acties om tot een correcte oplossing te komen
- Je stelt werkorders op en beslist welke collega/dienst de klant kan verder helpen
- Hiervoor maak je de nodige afspraken die je goed opvolgt
- Je zorgt voor administratieve ondersteuning van verscheidene afdelingen
- Je behandelt elke inkomende oproep met een glimlach en zorgt dat je afsluit met een tevreden klant
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een relevante richting
