Location: Town of Belgium
Imec India Private Limited offers a master internship focused on I/O circuit design and reliability at advanced CMOS nodes. The project includes establishing a validated IBIS modeling flow for high-speed I/O standards, starting with LVDS, and running SPICE-level simulations to verify accuracy.
The intern will reproduce an ESD failure in GF 22 nm technology, identify root causes in terms of device stress and ESD requirements, and propose circuit-level solutions to reduce overstress on 1.8 V
