As part of our engineering team, you will contribute to the design and development of automotive components, working closely with international partners and customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting product design and development activities from concept to validation
- Creating and modifying designs using CATIA V5 (mandatory)
- Participating in feasibility studies and engineering evaluations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners (OEMs / Tier-1)
- Contributing to cost optimization (VA/VE studies)
- Supporting customer exchanges and ensuring alignment on technical specifications
- Providing technical input throughout the product development lifecycle
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product design (automotive is a strong plus)
- Strong proficiency in CATIA V5 (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Automotive Body Components such as door frame, door module, frame moulding, active grill shutter, power back door, sunshade
- Exposure to OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Fluency in English (Japanese is a plus)
