Green & Durable Group zoekt een ICT Service Desk Engineer die hét eerste aanspreekpunt is voor IT-vragen en incidenten. Je behandelt circa tien tickets per dag en begeleidt elk dossier van melding tot oplossing of escalatie.
Je werkt in een hecht IT-team en levert kwalitatieve dienstverlening. Daarnaast voer je operationele taken uit zoals accountbeheer en device-uitrol, met verantwoordelijkheid voor 11 vestigingen en 250 eindgebruikers.
