Je bewaakt kritische controlepunten en HACCP-processen, onderzoekt afwijkingen via root cause analyses en leidt duurzame verbeteracties. Je ondersteunt interne en externe audits en volgt validaties en laboresultaten op, terwijl je opleidingen rond kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid organiseert.
