Location: Town of Belgium
Deze functie vereist contact met de klant, voorbereiding van Connexis-contracten en verantwoordelijkheid voor het eigen klantenportfolio. Connexis is een internationaal product dat in meer dan 40 landen wordt verkocht met veel specifieke kenmerken. Daarom zoekt de organisatie collega's die deze specifieke kenmerken snel kunnen leren en binnen twee maanden autonoom kunnen werken.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Technische schrijfvaardigheden en ervaring met procesmodelleringstechnieken en
-methoden - Ervaring met procesmodelleringstools (Visio, Aris) en het maken van flowcharts
- Goed begrip van werkstroomprocessen
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden
- Goede communicator, diplomatiek en klantgericht
- Gestructureerde aanpak
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken
- Nauwkeurigheid en precisie
- Kwaliteitsgericht en oog voor detail
Na een initiële opleidingsperiode is het mogelijk om 50% van de tijd thuis te werken.
