Als Subteam Lead Utilities neem je een cruciale rol op in een dynamische en snel evoluerende farmaceutische omgeving. Je leidt een klein team van Project Engineers en werkt zelf mee aan technische projecten binnen utilities . Je hebt een brede technische kennis en bent in staat meerdere projecten parallel op te volgen.
Deze opdracht draait rond complexe (proces) utilities zoals N2, CO2, chillers, condensors, pompen, warmtepompen en koeltorens . Je werkt in een zeer dynamische omgeving, waar autonomie, ownership en flexibiliteit essentieel zijn.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden- Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van twee Project Engineers Utilities.
- Zelfstandig beheren van meerdere utility-projecten in parallel.
- Hands‑on meewerken waar nodig; je combineert denken en doen.
- Opvolgen van installaties rond o.a. stikstof- en CO2-systemen, chillers, condensors, pompen, warmtepompen en cooling towers.
- Rapporteren over voortgang, risico’s en prioriteiten.
- Nauwe samenwerking met operations,
