Wat doe je als smeertechnieker?
- Smeren van lagers, kettingen en tandwielen volgens de onderhoudsplanning
- Controleren van oliepeilen, filters en automatische smeersystemen
- Uitvoeren van oliewissels en nemen van oliemonsters voor kwaliteitscontrole
- Meehelpen bij het uitwerken en toepassen van ultrasone smeertechnieken
- Signaleren van slijtage, afwijkingen en mogelijke problemen vóór ze tot stilstand leiden
- Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het preventieve onderhoud
- Correct registreren van werkzaamheden en smeermiddelenverbruik in het onderhoudssysteem
