Onze klant is een studiebureau.
Ze hebben een mix van ingenieurs, architecten, CAD/RVT-tekenaars, financiële en administratieve krachten. Allen gedreven door passie voor bouw en constructie.
Om hun team te versterken zoeken ze een projectingenieur gebouwtechieken.
- Besprekingen met opdrachtgever en architect ifv het uitwerken van een concept
- Ontwerpen en dimensioneren van de HVAC/SAN/ELEK installaties
- Overleg met de EPB-adviseur
- Opmaken van aanbestedingsdossiers
- Deelname aan de werfvergaderingen: opvolging, controle en verslaggeving van de werken in uitvoering t/m oplevering
- Mee werken aan de groei van het studiebureau met betrekking tot klanten/domeinen/expertise
