Jouw baan als OSI PI Engineer
In deze rol ondersteun je Plant 2 binnen een farmaceutische productieomgeving in Geel. Je werkt mee aan het opzetten en beheren van data-structuren binnen het OSI PI-platform , zodat productiegegevens correct gecontextualiseerd en gevisualiseerd worden. Je vormt de brug tussen manufacturing, automatisering en data-analyse . Daarbij werk je nauw samen met het PI-team, de system owner en de productieafdelingen. Dankzij jouw expertise kunnen gebruikers rekenen op betrouwbare en gevalideerde data voor hun dagelijkse processen.
Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:
- Configureren van PI AF voor Plant 2 productieprocessen
- Ontwikkelen van Run2
Run monitoring via PI Vision displays - Valideren van configuraties volgens GxP richtlijnen en procedures
- Implementeren van goedgekeurde configuraties in productieomgevingen
- Updaten van PI AF change management documentatie
- Afstemmen met manufacturing, PI team en systeemverantwoordelijken
- Analyseren van IT/OT
