Location: Town of Belgium
Voor een klant van ons zijn wij op zoek naar een customer service medeweker die deel uitmaakt van het sales supportteam.
Jouw takenpakket:- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de toegewezen klanten.
- Orderverwerking van A tot Z.
- Planning distributie/logistiek ism verzending.
- Co participatie aan productie/orderplanning.
- User “Lisa” ERP softwarepakket.
- Facturatie aan klanten in samenwerking met boekhouding.
- Douane formaliteiten( in functie van verkoop en aankoop).
- Je bent stressbestendig (alle balletjes tegelijk in de lucht houden).
- Je hebt een “
Ik doe
” mentaliteit. - Kennis MS office software
, kennis ERP pakketten is een plus. - Nederlands een must,
Frans en Engels goede basiskennis (zowel gesproken als geschreven) (minimaal 1 van beide met voorkeur voor Frans
). - Punctueel en aandachtig dossiers behandelen.
