Als mystery shopper bezoek je winkels, horecazaken of andere diensten in jouw buurt. Je let op hoe vriendelijk het personeel is, hoe netjes het er uitziet en hoe je als klant wordt behandeld. Na je bezoek vul je een korte online vragenlijst in.
