Player Support Specialist | Relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria with French and English for Games Account (m/f/d)

Position based in Sofia, Bulgaria with relocation support. Expected start date:
July. Eligible for weekend getaway credit after 6 months.

Supported games:
League of Legends, VALORANT, Legends of Runeterra, Teamfight Tactics.

• Help players via tickets and chat.
• Provide best player experience with case-by-case, player-oriented approach.
• Identify trending issues and bugs submitted by players and communicate to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with passionate team of gamers to deliver player-to-player support experience.

• Fluency in French and good command of English.
• Empathy and understanding of player’s perspective.
• Knowledge of Player Support processes.
• Gaming experience; familiarity with game communities and mindset.
• Desire to help players and contribute to team success.
• Open to financial support during relocation (transportation, hotel, rent assistance).
• Willingness to undergo fully paid training sessions.
