, we are currently looking for a Client Administration Officer
.

You will work closely with the sales, compliance and legal teams to ensure rigorous documentation, smooth customer onboarding and regulatory compliance across all processes.

• Verify customer identity and documents in accordance with AML/KYC policies and procedures.
• Research and analyse customer information to assess their risk level.
• Manage the customer file lifecycle (onboarding, periodic reviews, closure).
• Administrative management of customer files.
• Monitoring customer data quality:
  Collect, verify and ensure that customer data (KYC) is kept up to date.
• Implementing internal controls.
• Ensuring that internal procedures are followed.
• Identifying risks directly related to the activities of the department and the sector and reporting them to your manager.
• Actively participating in the department’s various projects.

• Familiar with Compliance knowledge (AML, KYC, etc…).
• Familiar with QI, CRS, Fatca, Mifid, GDPR, etc.
• Extensive experience in a similar role in the insurance or financial sector.
• Rigour, organisation, communication and team spirit.
• Strong analytical skills: able to interpret and analyse complex information and write clear reports. Demonstrate a willingness to gain an in‑depth understanding of situations and potential risks.
• Fluency in French and Dutch and good knowledge of English.
