* Credit collection Associate Our Finance department is looking for a
** Credit collection Associate
** to support the follow up of customer payments and ensure smooth communication with our clients and dealer network.
** What you will do
*** Review outstanding invoices and follow up on customer payments.
* Contact customers and dealers mainly via email, with occasional phone calls.
* Match incoming payments to open invoices and keep records up to date.
* Handle administrative tasks related to credit collection.
* Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify information.
* Perform data input and checks in Excel.
* Conduct searches and updates in SAP and Incadea (training provided).
* Support general administrative tasks within the finance department.
** About you
** To be successful in this role you will be:
* Ability to work accurately with financial and administrative data.
* Excel skills for data input, checks, and basic analysis.
* Capacity to learn and work with systems such as SAP and Incadea.
* Effective communication skills in French or Dutch, with working knowledge of English.
* Organisational skills to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks.
* Confidence in contacting customers and dealers in a professional manner.
* Problem solving mindset to identify issues and follow up until resolved.
