As Cost Control Manager, you are responsible for ensuring accurate cost management and financial performance of a 3B manufacturing site.
You act as a key business partner to plant leadership, providing clear financial insights, controlling manufacturing costs, and supporting strategic decision-making. You play a central role in product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement of financial processes, while serving as the SAP costing system expert.
- Monitor and control direct and period costs; calculate and update standard product costs
- Lead monthly closings, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analyze productivity, cost drivers, and financial trends; support actions to meet plant financial targets
- Act as financial partner to plant management; present performance insights and support strategic decisions.
- Drive SAP costing system management, process improvements, and team training.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures, coordinate audits, and optimize financial processes.
- Lead cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 3 Years' experience in cost controlling or industrial finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge
- Fluent in French and English
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset
