As a Pricing Specialist at Belden, you will support the execution of pricing strategies and digital transformation initiatives to drive price performance, sales, and margin improvements. You will collaborate with product, sales, channel, and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, effective price agreement programs, and robust reporting mechanisms. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help deliver consistent, high-quality pricing processes and support the implementation of pricing for new products.

• Support the Pricing Manager in executing pricing strategies and digital transformation projects.
• Maintain and update price agreement programs.
• Prepare and deliver pricing reports and analytics to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, sales, channel, and finance teams to gather data and implement pricing strategies.
• Utilize new tools and technologies to analyze pricing data and identify opportunities for price improvements.
• Assist in the development and tracking of pricing KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for pricing processes and systems

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in pricing, finance, or related analytical roles.
• Experience in Industrial Automation or Smart Buildings markets is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with pricing software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
