In an evolving banking environment, we are seeking a versatile professional to strengthen our internal control framework and support our transformation projects.
Responsibilities- Strengthening the Internal Control Framework:
Diagnosis and Continuous Improvement – Analyze the current internal control framework and identify areas for improvement. - Management and Monitoring – Ensure regular monitoring of plan progress and performance indicators.
- Change Management – Train and raise awareness among teams regarding new procedures and controls.
- Anacredit Reporting Enhancement – Support the COO in automating Anacredit regulatory reporting (granular financial data transmitted to the National Bank of Belgium).
- Support for Local IT Projects – Participate in the deployment of new technological solutions provided by the Group.
A curious and high-performing candidate may be entrusted with additional responsibilities.
