- Deliver monthly reporting
, variance analysis and financial insights to senior management to support effective decision ‑ making. - Coordinate and manage key planning cycles such as Rolling Forecasts, Budget and Long ‑ Range Plan, with a specific focus on HQ.
- Partner with HQ and local stakeholders to challenge assumptions
, improve performance
, and strengthen financial ownership
. - Lead tailor‑made financial and non‑financial analyses to guide investment decisions and strategic discussions.
- Contribute to process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives
, aligning data flows and improving reporting frameworks. - Strengthen data quality and internal control environments in collaboration with finance, consolidation, and BI teams.
- Support ongoing improvements in planning tools
, automation
, and emerging technologies such as AI.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a finance role with demonstrated growth.
- Strong analytical mindset
, able to interpret complexity and simplify insights for diverse audiences. - Experience in process optimisation
, digitalisation and strong affinity with tools such as Power BI, Qlik View, Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus. - Confident communicator able to challenge stakeholders assertively while maintaining constructive relationships.
- Ability to balance detail oriented work with big picture thinking
, operating effectively in a dynamic and international environment. - Fluent in English
; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset. - Hands on, proactive and team oriented personality who enjoys problem solving and continuous improvement
