Finance​/Administration

From our office in Ghent (Zwijnaarde), we’re looking for an experienced Accountant who’s eager to contribute to the financial backbone of our international operations and grow along with us.

• Manage A-to-Z accounting activities for Sofico Belgium and other international legal entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including VAT returns and reporting.
• Handle customer invoicing, payments, intercompany transactions, and treasury activities.
• Support financial audits, internal processes, and cash flow forecasting across the group.
• Gradually take ownership of one or more legal entities within Sofico’s growing international finance team.

• A degree in Accountancy, Tax, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably within an international or software services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers, accuracy, and financial processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to quickly master accounting software.

• Experience with treasury management or FX transactions.
• A proactive mindset with the ambition to grow within a fast-evolving international company.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, hands‑on attitude.
