Location: Town of Belgium
Recover unpaid instalments to avoid the customer being transferred to litigation.
Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with our customers in arrears.
Analyse files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears.
Language requirements- Dutch:
Strong written and spoken communication skills - French:
Strong written and spoken communication skills - English:
Profound knowledge
Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
Technical mandatory experience- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Familiar with various IT Tools.
- Knowledge of Miles and/or Leasing
- Strong interest in finance and banking products
- Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
