Junior Tax Advisor M&A

We are looking for a junior Tax Advisor with a keen interest in M&A and real estate related transactions and c. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
. You will work on a wide variety of tax assignments, in particular being involved in tax due diligence, acquisition and financing structures and corporate / real estate (re) structuring.

• University degree in Law, Business Economics or Commercial Engineer – an advanced master degree in taxation (Manama, post graduate degree) is a strong plus
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (e.g. Big4, tax department of law firm…)
• A sense of humour

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
