Financial Clerk

We are seeking for a motivated and skilled Financial Clerk to join our dynamic team in Belgium.

• Process and verify supplier invoices and expense reports (A–Z)
• Ensure compliance with VAT, accounting, and reporting standards
• Manage and prepare supplier and intercompany payments
• Monitor outstanding items and handle payment reminders
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including group reporting
• Assist with annual accounts, tax filings, and budgeting

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of general accounting and tax regulations (VAT & corporate tax)
• Applicants must have native‑level proficiency in Dutch and professional knowledge in English
• Proficiency with IT tools (MS Excel); experience with Oracle is an asset
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• A proactive, flexible team player with excellent communication skills
