Are you a finance professional with at least 3 years of experience and a passion for the public and/or non‑profit sector? Are you ready to take your career to the next level and further develop your expertise? Then we'd love to meet you.

• Coordinate full accounting and year‑end closing processes.
• Act as the main point of contact during external audits and for stakeholders such as banks, insurance companies and government agencies.
• Support the drafting and independent management of budgets and multi‑year plans.
• Monitor budgets, analyze deviations and provide insights.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses, e.g., profitability of new reporting initiatives.
• Provide financial advice on major projects and decisions.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3years of experience in financial management, preferably in the public or non‑profit sector.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with local taxation and levies (major advantage).
• Knowledge of BBC regulations and the related legal framework.
• Experience in local government is a plus.
• Project and change‑management experience is a strong advantage.
• Analytical multitasker who places numbers in a broader perspective.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented, ensuring processes are completed correctly from A to Z.
• Hands‑on mentality combined with a goal‑oriented, solution‑driven approach.
