- Behandelen van inkomende facturen
- Facturen op de juiste grootboekrekeningen en kostenplaatsen
- Onkostennota's verwerken
- Opvolgen van openstaande leveranciers
- Inboeken van rekeninguitreksels
- Algemene taken in het finance team
- Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Communicatief sterk
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands en een goed niveau Engels
- Facturen verwerken
- Dossiers van klanten of leveranciers opvolgen
- Facturen opmaken
- Gegevens registreren
- Afstemmingscontrole op bankrekeningen uitvoeren
