Finance Manager Accounting Reporting | Global Leader | Belgium

An established international group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager – Accounting & Reporting to join its finance leadership team. The role covers financial reporting, accounting, controls, compliance, process improvement and team leadership, with close collaboration across local management and the wider international finance organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial accounting and reporting across multiple legal entities.
• Ensure accurate month‑end, year‑end and statutory reporting.
• Maintain a strong financial control environment and balance sheet integrity.
• Coordinate audit, compliance and regulatory activities.
• Partner with shared service teams and key business stakeholders.
• Lead, develop and support the local finance team.
• Drive finance process improvements and systems initiatives.
• Support wider finance and business projects as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong background in accounting and finance.
• Good knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Experience leading teams and working with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating within a multi‑entity or international organisation.
• Experience with SAP and finance process improvement.
• Degree in finance, accounting, business or a related discipline.
• Professional fluency in Dutch is essential.
