Finance & Business Controller

About the position

As Finance & Business Controller
, you report directly to the Head of Finance
and act as a trusted business partner to Operations, Franchisees, and Central Functions.

You play a key role in translating financial data into
clear, actionable insights that drive performance and value creation across our network of company-operated and franchised restaurants.

This position offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders
, direct interaction with franchise partners, and a high level of autonomy and ownership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Deliver weekly and monthly executive reporting with clear, decision-oriented insights
• Provide
  ad hoc financial analyses and presentations to support strategic initiatives
• Contribute to
  forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
  , focusing on key business drivers
• Monitor and challenge performance across
  cash flow, working capital, capex, and profitability
• Safeguard
  financial accuracy, data integrity, and governance
• Improve
  reporting tools and processes to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Partner with
  franchisees on benchmarking, audits, and profitability reviews

Master’s degree in Finance and 5+ years of experience in finance or consulting

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into
actionable business insights

Solid foundation in financial control, accuracy, and governance

Advanced Excel skills;
SAP is an asset

Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable with autonomy and ownership

Strong stakeholder skills, able to challenge constructively

Well‑organized, resilient, and effective under pressure
