As an FP&A Analyst
, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's financial planning and decision-making processes. Through in-depth analysis, accurate forecasting and insightful reporting, you will provide management with the financial insights needed to drive strategic decisions and business performance.

• Prepare, manage and monitor budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Develop financial reports and perform variance analyses (actuals versus budget and forecast).
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through the analysis of financial and operational data.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, systems and tools.
• Support the consolidation process and ensure timely and accurate financial information.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Controlling or a similar finance role.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with BI and reporting tools is considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
