** What you will bring
** You are structured, curious, and proactive, with an ability to create clarity in a complex environment. You combine strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in understanding the story behind the numbers and turning it into practical action.
You are comfortable moving between local details and regional priorities, and you build trust easily across markets, cultures, and seniority levels.
Moreover, we expect that you:
* Hold a relevant master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a similar field.
* Bring at least 5-7 years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, commercial finance, strategy finance, or consulting within a complex, multi-market organisation.
