Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Town of Belgium

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile public affairs specialist to join our EMEA government relations team. Our technology is relevant to a wide range of sectors and policy areas, from climate and energy to manufacturing, and from healthcare to transportation. As the global geopolitical environment becomes increasingly complex, our government relations team is responsible for helping the company understand and navigate the regulatory environments in key geographies, and anticipate associated risks and opportunities.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • This role is all about building NVIDIA's profile with government representatives and relevant groups. You will develop relationships with actors across the ecosystem, including policy organisations, think tanks, national and regional initiatives, research institutions, trade associations and industry partners.
  • You’ll also play a role in the development of NVIDIA's government relations strategy in Europe and across EMEA, contributing your knowledge of public policy functions and practices to help the team succeed.
  • In your day-to-day work you’ll plan, manage and undertake outreach to key internal and external stakeholders to achieve the team's objectives.
  • You will collaborate closely with wider NVIDIA teams, including sales, marketing, engineering and PR, to support their priorities with government relations insights and keep colleagues across regions aligned on NVIDIA’s policy priorities.
  • Your role will involve building content, including internal and external messaging, to effectively articulate NVIDIA’s corporate positions.
What We Need To See
  • 12-15 years’ experience of working in a relevant organisation e.g. public affairs consultancy, government agency, trade association or in-house team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment in Europe, especially relating to artificial intelligence, climate and energy. Insights into trade, competition and export controls are also valuable
  • Interest and enthusiasm for the technology sector and awareness of key policy issues impacting the sector. Deep technical knowledge/experience in the tech sector is beneficial but not vital
  • S trong track record and extensive network in government affairs. We want to see knowledge of regulatory processes and relevant policy areas in European institutions, as well as insights into the wider regional landscape.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills are a must, including fluency in English. Additional language skills are helpful.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and organisational skills are critical, as well as the capacity to work in a self-directed way. Our team is small and distributed, so members need the ability to operate effectively as part of a multi-national, remote and highly matrixed organisation.
  • You’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end, from concept to implementation, and be ready to use your creativity to overcome problems.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
  • The ideal candidate will be high-energy, organised, eager to learn and collaborate, and thrive on balancing multiple projects simultaneously while working across teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, as you’ll align with and influence internal and external decision makers at all levels

The work is brisk and varied, and perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment where no two days look alike.

We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world on our team. If you are creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you! Widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. As you plan your future, see what we can offer to you and your family
