Een zorginstelling zoekt een Afdelingshoofd Centrale Sterilisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het sterilisatieproces en het team. Je coördineert het werk, bewaakt de kwaliteit en ontwikkelt je team door open communicatie. Een bachelor/master in verpleegkunde of apotheker is vereist, evenals ervaring in zorg of sterilisatie.
