Overview

KEMIN Aqua Science – EMENA is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our team in Herentals, Belgium (hybrid).

As a Regulatory Affairs Associate, you will manage product registration dossiers for feed additives across multiple regions, supporting new ingredient introductions for aquaculture.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor regulatory guidelines (e.g., EFSA) and scientific literature on feed additive safety, efficacy, and environmental impact.
  • Prepare and submit authorization dossiers, respond to RFIs, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Design and oversee studies with external partners; review and interpret scientific reports.
  • Advise Sales & Marketing on regulatory strategies and engage with industry associations.
  • Produce scientific content and represent the company at conferences and technical groups.
Qualifications Core qualifications
  • Degree or Master’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Veterinary Science, or related field.
  • Experience managing dossiers for regulated products (feed, food, pharma, chemicals, etc.).
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong regulatory knowledge and scientific writing skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word; excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and project management abilities.
