Als natuurlijke leider geeft u leiding aan de teams van Receptie, Bike & Fun en Animatie, met als doel een vlotte en gastvrije werking. U heeft een hogeschool diploma en ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen hospitality. Flexibiliteit in werktijden en vloeiende kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels zijn vereist.
Deze rol vraagt om creativiteit en een hands-on aanpak om de kwaliteit en samenwerking binnen de teams te waarborgen.
