Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ghent is seeking a Reservations & Guest Service Executive to connect guests with our Front Office and commercial teams. You will combine administrative precision with warm hospitality to ensure guests receive the right information at the right time.
In this role you will handle reservations, respond to inquiries, and support arrivals and departures while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere across our international team. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
