• Assist in the recruitment process by providing support in sourcing and engaging potential candidates
• Conduct preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit with our clients
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job specifications and organizational needs
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless application experience throughout the hiring process
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the selection process and enhance candidate experience
• Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and ideas for improving talents support strategies
  
  Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills in the recruitment field

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus but not required
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards supporting the recruitment process and helping candidates succeed
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members
• Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• A proactive mindset and willingness to collaborate with others in a team‑oriented atmosphere
• Willingness to relocate to Cape Town, supported by our paid relocation package to aid your transition
• Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece
