This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated young professional to launch an international career in Talent Acquisition (TA), with a key focus on operational recruitment excellence. Based in Brussels, you will be integrated into our TA Center of Expertise (CoE) for the EAMEI (Europe, Africa, Middle East, India) region. Your primary mission will be to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across diverse international roles.
Crucially, you will also dedicate significant time to specialized projects leveraging AI, data analytics, and digital tools to drive process optimization and innovation within the CoE.###
*** Key Mission Responsibilities
***** As a key contributor focused on both operational excellence and innovation, your core responsibilities are structured as follows:
****** I. Core Talent Acquisition Operations****
* **** Sourcing Strategy & Execution:
** Actively develop and execute direct sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. You will master various channels to build talent pipelines, with a practical focus on the Benelux market.**
* **** Recruitment Process Conductor:
** Manage the candidate lifecycle from initial contact through to the offer stage. You will ensure a standardized, seamless, and efficient recruitment process in close collaboration with HR Business Partners across Europe.**
* **** Candidate Experience Ambassador:
** Be the primary point of contact for candidates, managing communication and ensuring a professional, engaging, and memorable candidate journey that aligns with our global employer brand.
****** II. Digital Innovation & Data Support****
* **** Data Analytics and Performance:
** Support the team in gathering, validating, and analyzing recruitment data. Your insights will be crucial for monitoring core KPIs and SLAs, allowing the CoE to translate metrics into continuous process improvements.**
* **** AI & Prompt Support:
** Assist in the implementation and deployment of new
** AI-assisted recruitment systems
** and automation tools. This includes practical work on
** prompt development and refinement
** to ensure that automated content (job descriptions, communications) is optimal and brand-aligned.**
* **** Process Standardization:
** Use your analytical skills to help identify inefficiencies and support projects aimed at maintaining high standards of data integrity and process compliance across the EAMEI region.
