Role

As Payroll & Reward Manager
, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing payroll operations and compensation frameworks across the organization. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll processes while playing a key role in shaping our total rewards strategy in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local legislation with a focus on Belgium. Additionally, France & Tunis will also be part of your scope
  • Manage relationships with external payroll providers and relevant authorities
  • Design, implement, and maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures
  • Lead salary benchmarking, job grading, and annual compensation review cycles
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Analyze payroll and compensation data to support strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to HR projects related to growth, scalability, and international expansion
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll and compensation, ideally in a fast scaling or tech-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation (knowledge of international payroll like French / Tunisian is a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll systems, and Excel
  • Proactive, structured, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
    French is a plus
  • Open to travel if required
