• Utilize your recruiting expertise to identify, engage, and attract talented candidates across various industries
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our clients' teams
• Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Own the recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to successfully negotiating offers
• Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices to keep our processes innovative and effective
• Report regularly to management on recruitment progress and candidate feedback, contributing to our overall success

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential;
  English proficiency is a valuable addition
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment initiatives with creativity and energy
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract top talent
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments efficiently
• A proactive, adaptable approach to tackling recruitment challenges as they arise
