Location: Town of Belgium
INGUZ zoekt een HR Manager ad interim voor een periode van 3 tot 6 maanden, met gemiddeld 3 à 4 dagen per week en woensdag als vaste teamdag op kantoor in Antwerpen. Je neemt eigenaarschap over de governance van HR en businessprojecten, bent leidinggevende en sparringpartner voor het HR team en vertegenwoordigt HR in het managementteam.
Je levert een hands-on bijdrage, stuurt het HR-team aan en vertaalt HR- en workforce-impacts naar zakelijke beslissingen.
