The Associate Technical Consultant will contribute to providing technical support, assisting with professional services deployment, and delivering comprehensive training to our clientele. This entry‑level role offers a strong foundation for skill development and specialization in technologies such as Speech Technology, Automation, AI Tooling, Telephony, 3D printing, and Workflow Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in technology, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt within an evolving technical landscape.

• C2 French proficiency, along with strong business‑level conversational skills in Dutch and English (C1 or above)
• A keen work ethic and the capability to stay focused when working in a remote‑based capacity.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• A passion for technology and be someone that strives to continuously develop your skillset.

• Assist in delivering technical support, learning to address client queries and concerns with professionalism
• Support professional services, such as contributing to training sessions that help clients maximize our technologies.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, showing enthusiasm for learning and developing innovative solutions to customer challenges.
