As a young graduate at element
61, you will embark on a comprehensive journey through the broad Analytics domains. Over the first 18 months, you will gain hands-on experience in building data pipelines, setting up data platforms, developing machine learning models, performing feature engineering, and creating visualizations. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to end-to-end analytics projects across various industries.

As of your start, you ll be onboarded with a dedicated learning program after which you ll be embarking on your first customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities and skills you will gain

  • Platform Set-Up & Data Engineering:Build and maintain data platforms. Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality and integration.
  • Machine Learning & Data Science:Research, develop, and implement machine learning models. Perform data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Generative AI:Research, develop and implement generative AI solutions. You ll be assisting in generating value-added projects with this exciting new technology.
  • Analytics & Insights:Use statistical analysis to interpret data sets, discover trends, and generate actionable insights. Design and develop reports and dashboards for business teams.
  • Client Engagement:Work closely with clients (~50% of the time on-site) to understand their needs, manage project timelines, and provide coaching and training. Inspire clients with insights and opportunities for new data-driven use cases.
  • Project Management:Embrace project management responsibilities, ensuring successful delivery of analytics solutions. Collaborate with client Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.
Your Profile
  • Education:University degree in Computer Science, Business Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. A specialized master’s in Machine Learning or AI is a plus.
  • Skills:Proficiency in SQL and Python. Knowledge of Spark, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Databricks, Qlik, Google Cloud, and other analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Experience:No prior working experience is required, but any relevant experience is a plus.
  • Attributes:Passionate about data, machine learning, and analytics. Eager to learn and enthusiastic about being part of a growing team and industry.
  • Fluent in English;
    Dutch or French is a plus.
